I may not have figured out how to maintain my blog while working a part time job and taking care of a new baby and my girls who are out of school for the summer, but no matter what, I have to put meals on the table! Here is this week's meal plan:
Monday: This amazing flounder my girls can't get enough of, rice and roasted Brussels sprouts
Tuesday: Slow cooker chicken and quinoa teriyaki with peppers and broccoli
Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs with spinach for my girls (their favorite)
Thursday: Slow cooker Spanish chickpeas with spinach
