We're back! Incredible week with friends and babies was had by all and now that Monday has hit (and it hit hard), I'm back to meal-planning! Many families are sending kids back to school this week. I'm sure having some meals planned ahead of time to prepare for your family will help ease into the new routine.
Monday: Roasted salmon (on sale at Martins this week - Wild Alaskan Sockeye $10.99/lb), rice and coleslaw (I've been loving this coleslaw recipe!)
Tuesday: Easy roast chicken with garden fresh zucchini, potatoes and carrots
Wednesday: GF Mac n (goat) cheese with ground beef and spinach
Thursday: GF vegetarian pizza (I've been using this crust recipe with my favorite all-purpose bread flour by Jules - I also double it)
